**Job Title: Machinist and Programmer** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Machinist and Programmer where you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or multi‑axis machines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of production through precise machine setup and programming. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or multi‑axis machines. + Load raw materials, select appropriate tooling, and prepare machines for production. + Monitor machine performance, adjusting feeds/speeds to maintain quality output. + Conduct test runs to validate machine and program functionality. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Edit existing CNC programs at the controller using G&M code. + Make minor modifications to toolpaths, offsets, and sequences as needed. + Input basic instructions into CNC equipment based on project requirements. + Troubleshoot programming-related issues and support machinists/engineers as needed. + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance with possible zero deductible or premium, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k match.
