If you’re looking for a place to build your skills and grow with the company, this is a great opportunity.ResponsibilitiesOperate a variety of CNC Mills and Lathes Work from blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to complete machining tasks accuratelyPerform shop math to determine correct dimensions, tooling, speeds, and feedsUse precision measuring tools to verify tight tolerances and ensure parts meet specificationsSelect cutting tools and set up machines for multiple operations within a machining cellEnsure proper use of equipment and materials throughout productionCreate simple production aids when needed and stay current on machining and safety practicesAccurately record part counts and enter data into Job Travelers and the MES systemPerform basic machine maintenance as directed by managementEssential SkillsAbility to run CNC machines and reliably inspect partsStrong blueprint reading skillsExperience operating mills, grinders, and other machine toolsBasic knowledge of programming and grinding techniquesFamiliarity with GD&TAbility to perform setups and changeoversPreferred QualificationsExperience with SolidWorksStrong mechanical aptitude and consistent attendance (especially for entry‑level roles)Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs frequentlyWhy You’ll Enjoy Working HereSupportive, family‑oriented work cultureOpportunities to learn, grow, and advanceStable company with a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanshipWork EnvironmentThis role is based in a machine shop environment where you’ll be standing or walking most of the day.
