⭐ What You’ll DoSet up and operate Citizen Swiss CNC lathes for production runs.Load programs, set tool offsets, verify first‑piece quality, and fine‑tune as needed.Read, edit, and optimize G‑code/M‑code for maximum efficiency.Select, install, and maintain tooling; perform wear compensation and tool changes.Interpret blueprints and GD&T; inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.Maintain accurate measurement records and apply SPC methods.Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues; perform routine preventive maintenance.🎯 What You Bring3+ years operating Citizen Swiss CNC lathes.Strong proficiency with precision measurement tools.Ability to consistently hold ±0.0002\" tolerances.Experience with multi‑axis Citizen machines, live tooling, and sub‑spindles.Bonus points for:CAM software (Mastercam, Esprit)Aerospace or medical device manufacturing experience📞 Ready to Take the Next Step?APPLY NOW and get a call from our recruiter, Nora, within 24 hours.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $40.00/hr.
