Cnc Machinist
Job Title: CNC MachinistJob Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high‑precision components for the aerospace and medical industries. You will typically perform one setup per shift, with occasional additional setups based on production requirements. Our shop utilizes CNC mills and lathes and focuses on smaller, high‑accuracy parts. Experience running a variety of machines is a strong plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality.Perform approximately one setup per shift, with flexibility for additional setups as needed.Operate CNC mills and lathes while maintaining tight tolerances required for aerospace and medical components.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.Ensure parts meet quality specifications and assist with troubleshooting machining issues.Essential Skills & ExperienceProficiency in CNC operations, especially CNC Swiss machining.Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.Experience with machine setup and lathe operation.Preferred QualificationsExperience operating CNC mills and lathes.CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) experience is a plus.Comfortable working in a smaller, space‑efficient shop environment.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
