**Job Title: CNC Machinist / Operators All Shifts $23-33** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathe machines for production runs. This role involves interpreting blueprints and CAD drawings, making necessary offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances, and performing routine machine maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC lathe/MIll machines for production runs. + Load raw materials and verify tooling configurations. + Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings. + Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances. + Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues. + Follow all required work and maintenance instructions and procedures. + Load component materials into product specific tools. + Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of CNC Setup experience. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Experience with small precision and tolerance parts. + Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing. + High School Diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Mills/Lathe is preferred + Experience in the med device industry is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading manufacturer in the Med Device industry, known for its focus on culture and employee benefits.
