CNC Machinist

Location: Fairview, OR

Pay: $32/hr + Monthly Production-Based Bonuses (up to 20% of base pay)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team supporting the material-handling attachment industry. This role focuses on machining large 3‑axis components with precision, consistency, and safety.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC mills to machine large 3‑axis parts.Edit setups, feeds, and speeds using G & M code.Load tooling and fixtures according to job specifications.Assist with assembly or other production tasks when machines are running.QualificationsExperience operating jib cranes and handling large parts.Proven ability to set up and validate 3‑axis CNC mill programs.Ability to work independently, especially on swing shift with limited programming support.Strong troubleshooting abilities and comfort working with dedicated fixture programs and tool cribs.Work Environment & Shift DetailsClean and organized workstations equipped with platforms and jib cranes.Self‑sufficient role: machinists on swing shift must be able to fully run and troubleshoot jobs independently.Training on Day Shift: 5:30am – 4:30pm (Mon–Thurs)Swing Shift: 4:00pm – 2:30am (Mon–Thurs), assigned once machinists can independently operate their machine.Why You’ll Love Working HereMonthly incentive bonus plan—earn up to 20% of your base salary tied to production performanceFull benefits package + 401(k)Stable company with strong growth and a supportive team environmentIf you’re a skilled machinist looking for a career with great stability, excellent incentives, and long‑term growth, we’d love to hear from you! Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Incentive plan for up to 20% of base salary, paid monthly depending on production goals attainment \nFull benefits, 401k
