Job Description \n- Set-up & run vertical mills for low/high-volume production items.\n\nJob Responsibilities \n- Set-up and operation of mill parts with varying complexity and precision\n- Program edits as needed (at machine)\n- Suggest modifications to program/setup to increase tool life, limit waste and improve part quality\n- First article & intermittent inspection of parts to prints\n- Fixture development and implementation\n- Deburr/finish parts off the machine(s) as needed\n- Training and technical lead for less experienced machine operators

Must Haves:\nCNC Mill\nInspecting Parts \nSet Ups\nRead blueprints and schematics \n\n- Experience setting up / running a 3-axis horizontal CNC Mill \n- Excellent blue print reading skills / knowledgeable about GD&T\n- Experience with standard inspection equipment (calipers, mics, etc.)\n- Experience machining metals (stainless, mild/hardened steels, aluminum)\n\nPERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:\n\n- Works effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision\n- Reliable and punctual (Attendance is critical)\n- Enjoys fast pace work environment (able to change priorities easily and transition well from job to job)\n- Professional demeanor and respectful attitude towards colleagues in all situations\n- Flexible and willing to help others as needs to meet production demands\n- Team player\n\nSchedule:\nCurrently working Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm (overtime on Fridays as needed)\n\n- Machines:\nHurco VM1/VM2\nHass DM2, ST10, VF2ss, VF4ss, VF5xt
