Job Description
The CNC Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to process ceramic semi-finished products. This role ensures that production schedules are met with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong technical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
-Basic knowledge of CNC programming and tooling.
-Strong understanding of machine calibration and part inspection.
-Computer literate with the ability to work with CNC software and digital tools.
-Fluent in written and spoken English.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
MUST- 6am-4:30 shift but open to taking on a few night shifts as needed with a couple weeks in advance notice.
