**CNC Machinist – Direct Hire – Harleysville, PA** **Starting Pay Rate is based on experience level** **1st Shift Mon-Fri 7am -3:30pm OR** **2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 5:30pm-2am and Friday 3:30pm – 12am** Manpower has proudly partnered with a TOP manufacturer near Harleysville, PA with hiring a skilled CNC Machinist. In this role, you will be instrumental in machining precision components that contribute directly to the mission of excellence in the manufacturing sector. **Responsibilities** • Set up and operate CNC machines • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure product meets specifications • Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and company regulations. • Document production processes and maintain accurate records for quality assurance **Qualifications** • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist • Strong knowledge of CNC machining and operation techniques • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus but not required + Highschool Diploma or equivalent + Must be 18 years or older Benefits include 10% shift differential for 2nd Shift, medical, dental, short-term disability, and a 401K plan Are you Interested?
