ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC milling machines to produce custom parts.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Select, install, and adjust tooling as needed for various projects.Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals and deadlines.Essential SkillsProven experience in a job shop environment.Strong understanding of machining processes and CNC operations.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CNC programming and machine setup.Familiarity with GD&T and experience using Fadal machines.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
