**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist** **Job Description** This role involves operating a CNC Lathe with various machines across the facility. The position requires precision and attention to detail to ensure quality and productivity in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform all setups of machines; operate and run machinery. + Conduct all tool changeovers and adjustments. + Make minor edits and adjustments to programs as needed. + Run and measure to close and exact tolerances. + Operate and ensure productivity of CNC machines. + Make quality measurements, check dimensions, analyze data, and make appropriate adjustments to meet part specifications. **Essential Skills** + CNC machining + CNC setup and programming + Experience with CNC Lathe and CNC Mill + Proficiency in G Code Programming **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Mori Seiki, Haas, Kitamura, Okuma, Cincom Citizen lathes + Familiarity with horizontal and vertical machining centers + Ability to work with various support machines such as sand blasting, grinders, and laser engraving machines **Why Work Here?** Employees are offered paid time off that transfers upon permanent hire, along with paid holidays while on contract. The machinist will be part of a team of 15-17 other machinists, working with state-of-the-art equipment such as the Mori Seiki Twin Spindle/Two Turret Lathe. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT LOUIS, MO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.
