Our client, a leading manufacturing organization committed to precision and quality, is seeking a CNC MACHINIST to join their dedicated team. As a CNC MACHINIST, you will be an integral part of the CNC Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CNC MACHINIST

Location: Lincolnshire

Pay Range: $19.00-$32.00

Shift: 1st -2nd

What's the Job?

Independently set up and operate all CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Operate machines while maintaining blueprint specifications and quality standards. Perform stability studies on gauges used to ensure measurement accuracy. Load and edit CNC programs as needed to optimize production. Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and perform initial inspections.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to develop and improve processes for new or existing parts. Proficiency with measurement equipment and understanding of blueprints. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality and productivity standards.
