Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay: $28-40/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekend Shift

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled shop. You’ll work with multi-axis lathes and Haas mills to produce precision parts for innovative electronic and mechanical drive technology. If you have experience with either machine type and are open to learning both, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up machines with proper tooling and make necessary tool changesInspect parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gaugesPerform minor program edits as neededHandle short runs (8–10 parts) and long runs (3–4 days)Complete 2–3 machine setups per weekUse iPads for documentation and part inspectionWhat We’re Looking For1+ years recent experience in machining (mills or lathes)Ability to set up machines with correct toolingFamiliarity with Haas mills and/or multi-axis lathes (preferred)Ability to read and interpret blueprintsSkilled in using micrometers and calipersWhy You’ll Love Working HereClean, climate-controlled shop with modern equipmentCollaborative team environment with 10–12 machinistsWork for a company of 100 employees that values culture and innovationOpportunities to learn and grow in both lathe and mill operationsJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
