**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team, focusing on operating and setting up CNC machines. You will be responsible for approximately one setup per day or night, with the possibility of more depending on the job requirements. Our company specializes in the Aerospace industry and occasionally undertakes projects in the medical sector. Experience with CNC Mills and lathes is advantageous, as versatility in operating different machines will be beneficial. **Responsibilities** + Operate and set up CNC machines efficiently. + Perform approximately one setup per day or night, with flexibility for more as needed. + Assist in other areas as required to support team operations. + Ensure precision and accuracy in parts production, adhering to company standards. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in CNC operation and setup. + Experience with CNC Swiss machines. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Skill in using mill turn, mill, lathe, and CMM equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with setting up lathes, specifically the person's lathes. + Familiarity with mill or lathe operation. + CMM experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned shop where everyone is treated like family.
