**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform machining tasks utilizing both multi-axis lathes and Haas mills. While experience with both machine types is not mandatory to start, openness to work on both is essential. This position involves setting up machines with the proper tooling, inspecting parts, and conducting minor program edits. **Responsibilities** + Set up machines with appropriate tooling and make necessary tool changes. + Inspect own parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gauges. + Conduct minor program editing as required. + Perform repeat jobs with short runs (8-10 parts) and long runs (lasting 3-4 days). + Complete at least 2-3 machine setups per week. + Utilize iPads for documentation and part inspection. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years' recent experience in machining with mills or lathes. + Proficiency in setting up machines with the correct tooling. + Experience with multi-axis lathes is a significant advantage. + Familiarity with Haas mills is beneficial. + Capability to perform setups is highly desirable. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with lathe and mill operations. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean, climate-controlled shop that values a great workplace culture.
