Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team, focusing on the setup, operation, and programming of CNC machines, primarily CNC mills, with some lathes and manual machines. Candidates will receive blueprints daily, perform program adjustments, and run parts efficiently.Responsibilities:
Independently set up and operate lathes, milling machines, and other high-precision machining equipment.Build and repair high-precision mold cavities and components for molding precision rubber seals.Measure and inspect machined mold components to ensure accuracy and quality.Monitor processes for quality and independently troubleshoot any issues.Perform fitting and assembly operations on mold components.Conduct preventive maintenance of tool shop machinery as required.Take on additional responsibilities in the tool shop as directed by the supervisor.Maintain an organized work area.Complete all project paperwork as required.Essential Skills:
5+ years of CNC setup and operation experience.Programming experience with Mastercam.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Work Environment:
The position is based in a temperature-controlled environment with no need for earplugs.Job Type & Location:

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
