**CNC Machinist Position** **- Permanent** **Location: Coon Rapids and Anoka, MN** **1** **st** **Shift:** 5:30am to 3:30pm- Monday - Thursday **2nd shift:** 3:30pm - 1:30am, M-Thursday **Pay Range: $21.00-$40.00** (depending on the amount and level of experience) **Summary** The Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry. **Responsibilities:** + Operate Milling CNC machines + Perform quality inspection on completed part + Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance + Complete tool changes **Qualifications:** + Operator experience with CNC machines + Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop mat + Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience using a microscope is preferred + Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instrument + Previous experience with tight tolerance + Programming experience with Milling CNC Machine + Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines + Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
