**Job Title: Machinist** Job Description We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, mills, and lathes to produce precision molds. This role requires the ability to read and interpret 3D CAD models, blueprints, and technical data to determine machining requirements. Responsibilities + Program, set up, and operate CNC machines, mills, and lathes to produce precision molds. + Read and interpret 3D CAD models, blueprints, and technical data to determine machining requirements. + Set up machines using fixtures, clamps, and overhead cranes for larger components. + Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and ensure adherence to tight tolerances. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in CNC machining. + CNC programming and setup experience. Work Environment This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with advanced technology and equipment. The position covers 1st and 3rd shifts, with the 1st shift starting between 3/4am and ending by noon, and the 3rd shift running from 9pm to 7:30am. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $100500.00/yr.
