Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate manual, automatic, or semi-automatic NC machine tools and CNC machining equipment. You will perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations to meet close tolerance and finish requirements using mills and lathes. The role requires setting up machines (1-3 setups per day), checking routine programs, troubleshooting at the machine, and conducting quality checks on parts and equipment.
Responsibilities
Operate various types of machines including Kitamura, Doosan, and others.Perform setups, run routine programs, and troubleshoot issues directly at the machine.Conduct quality checks using calipers and micrometers.Maintain and adjust offsets, run setups, and manage the operation of mills and lathes.Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in machining on mills or lathes.Proficiency in operating mills and lathes.Experience in measuring parts, adjusting offsets, and running the machine.Blueprint reading and understanding of CNC programming.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our facility is clean, well-lit, and requires minimal heavy lifting. Employees experience a flexible working environment with eligibility for overtime after a couple of months. The shop operates on a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule, and provides a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $59000.00/yr.
