**Job Title: Swiss CNC Machinist**
Job Description
As a Swiss CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC or Swiss equipment to fabricate production parts that meet or exceed expectations for quality and production rates. You will make adjustments and monitor equipment to ensure dimensional part integrity, troubleshoot and correct problems, deburr/buff/sand parts to meet print specifications, inspect parts visually and dimensionally using basic inspection equipment and techniques, and perform preventative machine maintenance as required.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate CNC or Swiss machines to produce precision parts.
+ Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision.
+ Troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment as necessary.
+ Perform deburring, buffing, and sanding of parts to meet specifications.
+ Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using basic inspection equipment.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of CNC setup experience.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.
+ Experience with small precision and tolerance parts.
+ Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
+ High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Rollomatic, Tornos, Trumark, Mazak, and DMG Mori machines is preferred.
+ Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a clean room environment with modernized machinery and equipment. The facility is air-conditioned, and while PPE is not required, cleanliness and precision are maintained at all times.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Wheeling, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
