You’ll handle a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, and brass. Live tooling experience is highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines + Read and interpret complex prints + Maintain precision tolerances + Manage setups and production runs (100–5,000 parts) **Qualifications:** + 2+ years in medical/aerospace machining + Experience with live tooling or multi-axis machines + Strong understanding of CNC programs and tooling for exotic metals **Job Description:** **_Lathe Machinist_** As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you’ll work with advanced equipment including Nakamura, Puma, and Doosan lathes—some with dual spindles and twin turrets. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%) - 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that - Average tenure is 10+ years - 12% shift differential - Life Insurance - Health, dental, vision, etc...
