Job Description
Join a dynamic and expanding machining and fabrication company that specializes in custom machine building, machined parts, and fabrication for the Aerospace and Defense Industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up, program, and operate CNC Mills or Lathes to create precision parts as per customer specifications.
ResponsibilitiesSet up, program, and operate CNC Mills or Lathes.Machine parts according to customer specifications.Read and understand various types of customer prints.Utilize CAM software and CNC programming effectively.Adapt to a low-volume job shop environment, producing custom parts.Change tooling and programs as needed for different parts.Essential SkillsProficiency in setting up and operating CNC Mills or Lathes.Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam.Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints.Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Mazak, Hurco, MicroDynamics machines.Familiarity with Mazatrol, Hurco, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi controls.3, 4, 5 axis programming and live tooling experience is advantageous.CAM advanced programming experience is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, modern manufacturing facility. Choose between a 1st shift from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, or a 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday, with flexible start times. Experience a supportive environment with a focus on employee growth and development.
