Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to our production operations. You will operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes, ensuring all product specifications are met with precision.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean and safe work area and equipment.Ensure product requirements are met in all assigned areas.Verify and document product characteristics.Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.Perform offline inspection and document results.Change tooling and inserts, adjust machine program offsets.Meet production schedules and targets.Monitor machine setup and ensure conformance to specifications.Perform other duties as assigned.SkillsMinimum 3 years of CNC manufacturing experience.Experience with CNC mills and lathes.Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.Familiarity with CAD/CAM programming and editing.Use of precision measurement tools for quality control.Handling various metals like aluminum, copper, and steel.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of industrial gauges and machines.Familiarity with Lean production concepts.Proficiency in Metric and English measurement systems.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Basic mechanical skills.Ability to read and write English.Ability to perform repetitive tasks.Knowledge of automation and robotics is a plus.Welding experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a relatively clean, safety-oriented environment that is organized and relaxed. Casual attire such as work pants, including Dickies and jeans, is acceptable. The role operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $31.00/hr.
