**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machinist, where you will operate and set up Lathe CNC machines including Haas, Gantry, and Mori-seiki. You will work with aluminum to create both small batch and larger production runs, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and set up Lathe CNC machines, such as Haas, Gantry, and Mori-seiki.
+ Produce 1 and 2 off parts as well as runs of up to 100 parts in a single night.
+ Ensure precision when working with aluminum components.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of mill machining experience.
+ Proficiency in using CNC mills and understanding of g&m codes.
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CNC software.
+ Experience in aerospace fabrication.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior experience in setting up CNC machinery.
+ Familiarity with aluminum machining.

**Work Environment**
Work in an aerospace manufacturing environment, focusing on the production of structural parts. Our facility operates in shifts, with day hours from 4 am to 2:30 pm and night shifts from 3:30 pm to 2:30 am.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $37.00/hr.
