**CNC Machine Set-up Operator** Location: Ft. Lauderdale Pay: $25–$30+ per hour (based on experience) Shifts Available: + 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM + 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM + Training Available **Role Summary** We're hiring a CNC Machine Set-up Operator to set up and run CNC mills and lathes for precision parts manufacturing. Ideal candidates have experience with Fanuc controls, blueprint reading, and inspection tools—but we’re also open to training motivated individuals. **Key Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC equipment + Read blueprints and follow machining instructions + Perform inspections and maintain quality standards + Collaborate with engineers to improve processes + Keep work area clean and follow safety protocols **Qualifications** + 3+ years CNC machining experience preferred + Familiarity with Fanuc controls and multi-axis machines + Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection tools + High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus **Preferred Equipment Experience** + Citizen Swiss A20 & L32 (Live Tooling) + Turret CNC Lathe Machines Please apply to this posting with an updated resume ! **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
