**Job Opportunity: Prototype Model/Mold Maker** We are seeking a skilled Prototype Model/Mold Maker to support the development of precision tooling and prototype components. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and design teams to produce high-quality parts using both conventional and CNC machining methods. **Location** : Littleton, CO **Pay Range** : $29–$37/hour **Employment Type** : Full-Time **Shift** : Day Shift and Night Shift **Key Responsibilities:** + Utilizes advanced knowledge to program and produce precision parts on Conventional and CNC Machine Tools. + Produces products utilizing a variety of machining equipment to specified tolerances and finishes. + Provides proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and facilities including general housekeeping. + Works from routine and complex prints, sketches, drawn points, or verbal directions to fabricate precision machined parts and production tooling. + Can originate simple and/or complex setups. + Inspects work for compliance with blueprints, process sheets, and written or verbal specifications using basic inspection equipment. + Designs, plans, and executes the sequences of related technical operations for fabrication of precision parts or molds. + Provides input to designers or engineers on parts configuration with alternative solutions for reduction of manufacturing complexity and tooling costs. + Services machinery or equipment and maintains facilities. + Interacts as a team member sharing ideas and machining experience **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED required. + Ideally 5+ years of experience in machining, mold making, or tool & die work. + Strong blueprint reading and CAD/CAM proficiency. + Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. **Benefits:** + Comprehensive health coverage + Paid time off + Retirement plan + Career development opportunities **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $76960.00/yr.
