Join our dynamic machine shop located in the Port of Tacoma, where we manufacture a variety of products including clips, joiner doors, pallets, and large carts. We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist with a passion for creating production-ready parts. This role requires hands-on experience with jigs, fixtures, and complex machinery setups to produce high-quality parts. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of Okuma controls and the ability to create simple programs directly at the machine.
ResponsibilitiesOperate machine tools to fabricate precision metal parts.Utilize measuring instruments and precision tools effectively.Follow drawings and instructions to accurately produce metal components.Essential SkillsCNC machining with at least 3-5 years of Mill experience.Proficiency in G & M Codes and blueprint interpretation.Experience in set-ups and light programming.Knowledge of 3 & 4 axis operations.Strong attendance record and proactive work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsPossession of personal tools.Manual machining experience.Lathe experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our large machine shop offers a vibrant and bustling work environment, though it can be dirty and loud. The facility may be cold in winter or hot in summer. We operate a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Located in the Port of Tacoma, this is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about machining.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
