**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking both Operator level and Setup level CNC Machinists to join our dynamic team. You will be involved in operating CNC Mills and machines to produce small parts for industries including semiconductors, computer chips, electrical connectors, medical devices, aerospace, and defense. Your role will involve machining parts according to blueprint specifications and conducting inspections using micrometers and calipers. Setup level candidates are expected to perform at least two setups per day. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC Mills and machines to manufacture small parts for various industries. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining. + Conduct part inspections using micrometers and calipers. + Perform setups for CNC machines, with a minimum of two setups daily. + Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met. **Essential Skills** + Experience in CNC machine operating and setup. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Knowledge of CNC mill, lathe, brake press machines, laser, shear, drill press, saw operation. + Experience with micrometers, calipers, and G&M codes. + 1+ year of CNC operating experience preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in metal fabricating and industrial machine operating. + Mechanical inclination and consistent work history. + Previous experience with brake press, saw, shear, drill press, laser machines is considered. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive employee and family health insurance with premiums 100% covered. Shifts available include 3pm – 1am Monday – Thursday with a 10% differential, and a weekend day shift from 7am – 7pm with a 15% differential, where you work 36 hours and get paid for 36 hours. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
