**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** Join a dynamic job shop with 26 machines and approximately 45 employees, where you can grow and learn in a beautiful, clean environment. We specialize in crafting parts no larger than a bowling pin, focusing on the firearm and agriculture industries. We are seeking a machinist for the 1st shift to set up and operate machinery efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Set up and run various machinery. + Perform 2-6 setups per day. + Work primarily in the firearm and agriculture industries. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience in turning. + 1+ year of experience in setups. + Proficiency in operating lathe and CNC machines. + Ability to read blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with milling. + Familiarity with Mazak machines. **Why Work Here?** Our shop is equipped with new machines and offers a pleasant working environment in the heart of Becker, ensuring most commutes are against traffic.
