Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team with the potential to progress into a CNC Supervisor role. You will be working in a climate-controlled facility where precision and quality are paramount. The role involves setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes equipped with Haas and Fanuc controls, interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, and performing in-process inspections. Troubleshooting machining issues and contributing to programming improvements are key components of this position, with experience in Esprit CAM software being a strong advantage.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC mills and lathes using Haas and Fanuc controls.Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.Conduct in-process inspections to ensure precision and quality.Troubleshoot machining issues effectively.Contribute to programming improvements.Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery.Adhere to safety protocols in a clean and organized environment.Essential SkillsAt least two years of CNC machining experience.Strong familiarity with G-code and M-code.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in CNC programming.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Esprit programming is a plus.Manual machining experience is a huge plus.Tooling experience is nice but not required.CNC experience is preferred.Why Work Here

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
