About the Role
We’re looking for talented Machinists to join a clean, climate-controlled shop with a solid team culture and cutting-edge technology. This is a second shift position running Monday–Thursday, with optional OT on Fridays—giving you long weekends and flexibility to recharge or earn more.
Whether you’re experienced with multi-axis lathes or Haas mills, or just confident with one and ready to learn the other, we’ll support your growth. Our ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and skilled with tooling setups and inspections.

Set up mills or lathes with proper tooling and tool changesInspect parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gaugesPerform light program edits on equipmentRun short and long jobs (anywhere from 8 pieces to multi-day runs)Complete 2–3 setups weeklyDocument work using iPads👷 Qualifications
1+ years of recent experience with lathes or millsComfortable with machine setups and precision measurement toolsExperience with multi-axis lathes and Haas mills is a major plusAble to follow job instructions and collaborate with team leads🏠Shop Environment
Join a machine shop of 10–12 professionals in a 100-person company focused on manufacturing mechanical drive and control systems. You’ll mostly work with aluminum and steel in a well-organized, dedicated space.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
