**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role involves operating CNC turning machines, assisting with tool changes and offsets, and working off work orders and blueprints. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing 1-2 machines after the initial setup.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC turning machines efficiently.
+ Assist with tool changes and offsets as needed.
+ Work from work orders and blueprints to ensure precision.
+ Monitor and manage 1-2 machines post-setup.
+ Ensure quality and accuracy in parts and projects, which vary daily.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with operating CNC machines.
+ Knowledge of G&M code.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Familiarity with Haas and Fanuc controls.
+ Ability to use calipers and micrometers for inspection.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in machining and milling.
+ Ability to perform inspections with precision tools.
+ Familiarity with vertical mills.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Prior Lake, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
