**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are currently seeking dedicated CNC Machinists for both our day and overnight shifts. In this role, you will be integral to the production process, serving the aerospace and medical industries. Your daily responsibilities will include setting up, running, and troubleshooting CNC machinery, maintaining tight tolerances, and performing inspections on all products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform complex machining work and manage multiple tasks within the facility.
+ Perform light set up and operate CNC Mill
+ Troubleshoot machinery and address any operational issues.
+ Hold and maintain very tight tolerances, within +/- thousandths of an inch.
+ Conduct inspections using micrometers and calipers.
+ Work with materials such as aluminum and stainless steel.
+ Complete necessary paperwork and maintain safety regulations.
+ Report defective materials or processes.
+ Communicate consistently with the engineering team.
+ Adjust to meet customer demands involving small to medium-sized aerospace components.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2+ years of experience with CNC Milling or Lathe operations.
+ Experience in running and setting up CNC machinery.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting machinery.
+ Ability to work with tight tolerances.
+ Experience working with aluminum or stainless steel.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Swiss Machinery.
+ Ability to make light edits and zero out a machine.

**Work Environment**
Enjoy working in an extremely clean and well-lit environment. The shop has both quieter and louder areas, providing a dynamic work atmosphere. The day shift operates from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, while the overnight shift runs from 5:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday to Thursday.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $72800.00/yr.
