**CNC Machinist Opening - Near Shakopee, MN** **1ST AND 2ND Shift Openings** **Pay is up to $35/HR to start** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled machinists to join our dynamic team, specializing in machining with multi-axis lathes and Haas mills. Candidates should be open to working on both types of machines, although experience on both is not necessary to start. **Responsibilities** + Perform machining tasks using multi-axis lathes and Haas mills. + Set up machines with the proper tooling and tool changes. + Inspect parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gauges. + Conduct minor program editing as required. + Manage short and long production runs, performing at least 2-3 setups per week. + Utilize iPads for documentation purposes. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of recent experience in machining with mills or lathes. + Comfortable setting up machines with proper tooling. + Experience with multi-axis lathes and Haas mills is a major plus. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with setups is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled shop with a great culture.
