Job Description
Join our team as a CNC Machinist where you will work on the 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, with flexible start and stop times between 6am and 2:30pm. You will play a crucial role in the fabrication of precision parts by operating milling machines and collaborating with a dedicated team.
ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Set up and operate CNC and/or manual milling machines to fabricate precision parts. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions to determine machining processes and requirements.Tooling and Setup: Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for machining tasks. Perform machine setup, including alignment, calibration, and tool adjustments.Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure they meet specifications. Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain high standards of quality.Maintenance and Safety: Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and ensure equipment is in good working condition. Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and team members to optimize machining processes and meet production goals. Provide feedback on design and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.Essential SkillsProficiency in operating and programming CNC milling machines (e.g., HAAS, the person, or Fanuc controls).Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Minimum 3 years of experience as a milling machinist in a precision manufacturing environment.High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machining is preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertifications in machining or CNC programming.Experience working in AS9100 or ISO 9001 certified environments.Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with an open floor plan and individual workstations. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes or sneakers and clean jeans or shorts. Employees work the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to start between 6am and 9am while completing an 8-hour workday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
