Job Description
We are looking for a skilled machinist to join our team in manufacturing parts for the Boeing 737 and commercial airlines. You will be responsible for setting up and machining parts made from steel and titanium, ranging in size from 1/2 inch to 72 inches.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines to manufacture aircraft parts.Interpret and work with blueprints to ensure precision in manufacturing.Utilize precision measuring tools for inspection and quality assurance.Operate mills, lathes, and CNC equipment such as CNC lathes and CNC mills.Perform manual and conventional machining tasks as required.Essential SkillsProficiency in CNC machining and setup.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Knowledge of various CNC machines and setups including Haas, Doosan, and Mori Seiki.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manual/conventional machining.Willingness to assist with the 2nd shift during busy seasons.Why Work Here

Work Environment
Work in a clean, smaller machine shop environment where everyone is friendly and collaborates well. The position is primarily on the 2nd shift from 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM, with potential for 10-hour shifts after training. There may be occasional work on Saturdays starting at 5/6 AM, ensuring flexibility and adaptability during busy seasons.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $34.00/hr.
