Job Title: CNC Machinist

Desired Skills:

Experience with CNC turning center.Knowledge of manual machines, Swiss turn, CNC controllers, and software including G-Code, Mazatrol, a plus.Experience working with Mazak Quickturn 250MSY, Ganesh Cyclone 32CS, extremely helpful.Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine the dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces.Use precision measuring instruments such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), bore gauges, and hand tools to ensure the accuracy of machined parts.Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.Assemble finished parts into complete products as required.Proven experience as a Machinist.Proficient in operating CNC machines.Strong knowledge of tooling and machining techniques.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications.Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.Good problem-solving skills and knowledge to troubleshoot machine issues.

Looking for a detail-oriented Machinist with at least 3 years of experience who enjoys complex tasks and solving problems in a high-mix, low-volume environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
