**Job Title: 2nd Shift - CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift. This position involves setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, specifically on a Mori Horizontal Mill, with brands including Haas and Mazak. You will be responsible for first and last piece inspection using precision measuring tools, working off of prints, and editing G&M code at the machine. The job includes handling runs ranging from 5 minutes to 3 hours and managing part runs from 5 to 1200 pieces. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes. + Perform first and last piece inspection using precision measuring tools. + Work off of prints and edit G&M code at the machine. + Handle runs ranging from 5 minutes to 3 hours. + Manage part runs from 5 to 1200 pieces. + Lift up to 50 pounds, utilizing a crane for larger items. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC setup and operation. + Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers. + Ability to program and edit G&M code. + At least 1 year of experience setting up CNC machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2 years of experience running CNC mills and lathes. + Experience editing G&M code. **Why Work Here?** Joining our team means becoming part of a laid-back shop with a family feel and a positive working environment.
