Job Description
Independently execute advanced CNC machining and programming, design and implement custom fixtures for production efficiency, apply advanced lathe and true 5th axis machining techniques, collaborate with Project Managers on time, cost, and scope planning, and mentor and train junior machinists to elevate team performance.

Work Environment
Work openings are available on 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. There is exposure to machining components, coolants, and airborne particles, along with moderate to extreme noise conditions—hearing protection is provided as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $83200.00/yr.
