Job Description:Set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining operationsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specificationsMonitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality and efficiencyInspect in‑process and finished parts using precision measuring toolsTroubleshoot machining issues in collaboration with your teamFollow QMS processes, procedures, and work instructionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work areaSet up and run advanced 4‑ and 5‑axis CNC millsMachine tight‑tolerance, complex aerospace componentsInterpret part programs, blueprints, and 3D CAD/CAM output using GD&TPerform tool selection, in‑process inspections, and adaptive machining adjustmentsWork closely with engineering and quality teams to meet AS9100 and customer requirements

Skills/Qualifications:Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, Lathe Machinist, or 5‑Axis MachinistStrong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and precision measurementHigh attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

Aerospace manufacturing experienceExperience with Kitamura machinesExperience with Integrex or Quikturn CNC lathes5‑Axis machining experience

Work Environment & Schedule:

4x10 Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM3x12 Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
