CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Job Description

Join a team with decades of experience in crafting metal parts for diverse industries such as agriculture, construction, off-road trucking, forestry, and mining. Operate CNC machines and machining centers to produce quality parts using state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC lathes and machining centers to produce small to large parts with minimal scrap.Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples for accurate production.Plan the sequence of tasks to efficiently complete assignments.Inspect parts using gauges, routing requirements, and quality plans to ensure quality assurance.Document completed labor, quality checks, and report errors and defects.Identify machine/tool maintenance needs and perform minor repairs.Learn machine set-up using provided documentation to perform setups quickly.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Essential Skills

Experience with CNC machines, specifically Mazak and Doosan.Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.Ability to read blueprints and production instructions.Experience in machining and performing setups.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment

1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday (15% shift premium)

3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday (25% shift premium)

Pay varies depending upon experience, based upon an interview

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
