We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented individual to join our pre‑fabrication shop as an Entry‑Level CNC Router Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and building a long‑term career in manufacturing. Prior CNC experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.

What You’ll DoAssist with operating CNC routers to cut and shape materials to specified dimensionsLoad and unload materials onto the machineMeasure parts using tape measures and basic measuring tools to ensure accuracyFollow work instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprintsPerform general shop and material‑handling tasksMaintain a clean and safe work areaWhat We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

Willingness to learn CNC machinery and manufacturing processesBasic math and measuring skills (able to read a tape measure accurately)Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools and equipmentAbility to follow written and verbal instructions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
