CNC Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $23–$27 per hour

We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our growing team in Effingham, IL. This role is available on 2nd and 3rd shifts and offers competitive pay in the range of $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience.

📋 ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specificationsPerform routine machine setup, adjustments, and maintenanceConduct quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerancesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work ordersMaintain a clean and safe work environment✅ QualificationsPrevious CNC machine operating experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates)Ability to read and understand technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedulesReliable attendance and teamwork skills💵 Compensation & BenefitsPay: $23–$27 per hour (based on experience and shift)Shift differential for evening and overnight shiftsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
