CNC Machine Operator

Shift Options: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 2:30 AM, 10% shift differential)

About the Role

Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality precision parts. You’ll operate Haas and OKUMA CNC machinery, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout long production runs. This position values quality over quantity, making attention to detail and craftsmanship essential.

What You’ll DoOperate Haas and OKUMA CNC machines to complete production runs.Read and interpret blueprints for precise machine operation.Change tooling as needed to maintain efficiency.Perform quality inspections using micrometers and calipers.Maintain a strong focus on quality standards.What We’re Looking ForProficiency in CNC machine operation.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with micrometers and calipers.Basic CNC programming and troubleshooting knowledge.Less than 3 years of CNC Mill experience preferred.

Bonus Skills:
