Our client, a subsidiary of a major international heavy equipment manufacturer, is seeking **CNC Machine Operators** to join their operations team. Many employees have built long-term careers here, thanks to a strong team culture, cross-training opportunities, and a commitment to quality and advancement. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate CNC machinery with proficiency in fixtures, tooling, controls, and routine maintenance. + Perform deburring and surface protection on workpieces. + Take precise measurements and conduct evaluations to ensure product quality. + Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. + Maintain accurate documentation related to production, downtime, and quality. + Assist with fixture setup and maintain housekeeping standards in the work area. + Follow all company policies and safety procedures. **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 1+ years of recent machine operation experience, preferably in metal cutting or fabrication. + Ability to measure accurately using various tools and perform basic shop math. + Blueprint reading skills. + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. **Preferred Skills:** + Knowledge of CNC operating requirements and cutting tools. + Experience with manufacturing equipment and processes. + Strong communication skills and ability to work with team members and engineers. + Understanding of manufacturing standards, procedures, and safety policies. **Why People Stay:** “I started here thinking it would be temporary.
