Cnc Machine Operator
**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** Job Description We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC Swiss machines, including Star models (SR12, SR20, SR32). The role involves working closely with a Programmer and Machinist 3 to assist with job setups when needed. Production can vary significantly, from running large orders over several months to handling multiple parts and jobs on a weekly basis. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are key to ensuring the manufacturing cell meets production demands. Responsibilities + Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines and Mazak equipment. + Collaborate with Programmers and Machinists to set up jobs. + Adjust to varying production demands, from long-term orders to multiple short-term jobs. + Ensure the manufacturing cell meets production targets. + Read blueprints and perform quality checks on parts. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience in setting up and operating CNC Swiss or CNC Milling machines. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Ability to perform quality checks on parts. + Knowledge of GM code. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Swiss and Milling operations. + Gibbscam experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
