**CNC Machine Operator | 3rd shift**
**$18-25/hr**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components.
+ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
+ Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
+ Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
+ Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection techniques.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with multi-spindle screw machines.
+ Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming basics.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a machine shop setting, characterized by noise and exposure to oils and other materials from machine operations. The shift runs from 5pm to 5am, Monday through Thursday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
