**CNC Machinist – Weekly Pay – 30/HR**
**About the Role**
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team in a large, clean machine shop environment. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts that meet exact specifications. If you’re passionate about machining and quality craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-precision components.
+ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
+ Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
+ Adjust machine settings to maintain tight tolerances and optimize performance.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
+ Collaborate with engineers and production staff to enhance processes and product quality.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting.
+ Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming principles.
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
+ Strong understanding of machining principles and quality control standards.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
