CNC Machine Operator II & III | Starting at $26hr | Mon-Fri 4:00 pm-12:30 am |Temp to Hire  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay starting at $26.00 per hour plus $1.35hr shift differentialSchedule: Mon.-Fri. 4:00 pm- 12:30 amLocation: Alsip, ILTemporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job DescriptionThe CNC Machine Operator II & III are experienced machine operators who are disciplined, creative and an excellent problem solver who will thrive in our lean manufacturing environment.  Responsibilities:Follow Standard Work Machine set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM). Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including the selection and presetting of tools which will be required for the next scheduled job. Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and ‘5 Whys’ problem-solving exercises. Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities. Qualifications and Requirements:At least 3 (three) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.At least 3 (three) or more years’ experience of setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both), including loading programs, selecting tooling, and adjusting parameters.At least 3 (three) or more years of experience reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, GD&T symbols, and work instructions to produce parts accurately.At least 3 (three) or more years of experience using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM equipment, and other inspection tools to verify part dimensions and maintain tight tolerances. Benefits and Perks: $26.00hrMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & GrowthYour New Organization:Manufacturing company that produces parts and services for several industries such as air separation, automotive, and electronic.Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
