Job Title: CNC Lathe Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking an expert CNC Lathe Programmer to program, set up, operate, and maintain machining equipment to produce high-quality products and components.

ResponsibilitiesPerform required duties in accordance with safety guidelines and lean principles, complying with all safety procedures and company policies.Conduct complex machining of parts and tools on one or more machines without technical supervision.Program CNC Lathe machining equipment.Set up and operate machining equipment for milling, drilling, threading, sawing, and boring operations.Execute daily tasks to produce parts, including loading/unloading equipment, gathering materials, positioning work area, and setting parameters.Skillfully use machinist hand tools and measuring instruments to inspect parts.Read and comprehend technical documents including blueprints, drawings, written specifications, charts, and tables.Complete all tasks of a set-up technician/operator.Train regular and/or temporary employees in department processes, serving as a technical resource.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in Lathe Programming and set-up technician roles.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Expertise in G-Code programming.Strong understanding of machining operations, including calipers and micrometers.Experience with Fanuc control, Mastercam, Solid works, and GD&T.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.86 - $34.86/hr.
